Club Meetings
The Spring Branch - Bulverde Lions Club is a family-oriented club; spouses and children
are welcome.
We meet on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month at the Guadalupe Valley Telephone
Company Auditorium
100 FM 3159 (north of the intersection of HWY 46 and Smithson Valley
Road) in Spring Branch, Texas. 78070
Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m., but members start gathering about 7:00 p.m.. to set
up for a pot luck dinner and to socialize. In addition to discussions about upcoming
club projects, guest speakers are invited to share information on a variety of interesting
topics.

and the world.

About the Lions Club
Lions are members of the world's largest and most active service club organization.
Over 1,400,000 members through 42,000 local clubs in 180 countries carry out the
Lion's motto - "We Serve."
Lions Clubs International's major activities include Drug Awareness, Diabetes Awareness,
Sight Conservation, and Hearing and Speech Action.
History of the Lions Club
The Lions Club was founded in 1917 by Melvin Jones. His vision was to bring businesses together
to address the betterment of their communities and the world.
Three years later, the Lions became an international organization that continues
to earn high marks for integrity and transparency.
About the Spring Branch - Bulverde Lions Club
The Spring Branch - Bulverde Lions Club was chartered in the 1991 as a family club,
opening its doors to the men, women, and children of the Spring Branch, Bulverde,
and surrounding communities.
100% of the money raised in community fund raisers is used to support community
and other projects. Some of the programs and activities sponsored or supported by
the Spring Branch-Bulverde Lions Club include:
Local community support, funded by several major fund raisers throughout the year,
provide members with the opportunity of fun and fellowship while meeting many significant
needs in the community, The diversity of activities and projects allows members
to utilize their talents and interests while serving their community.
